Bill 42 continues the existence
of Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau, with the Director
designated by the Chair of the Labour Relations Board.

Effective March 3, 2003, the
workers' compensation appeal system was reorganized into two
organizations — the independent Workers' Compensation
Appeal Tribunal and the WCB Review Division. The Workers'
Compensation Review Board no longer exists, except for the
purpose of completing decisions that were before the Review
Board panels before March 3, 2003.
